Process and Delivery Time

Free shipping on all orders of 1,500 Baht or more
Delivery is made every working day except Sundays and public holidays

Other provinces — Muang district	Next 2 business days	Order before 2pm for delivery within 2 days before 6pm. Orders placed Friday after 2pm, Saturday or Sunday deliver on Wednesday before 6pm.
Other areas	3 working days	Please ensure your shipping address is accurate for fast delivery.

When providing your shipping address, please include:

Company name or store name (for businesses)
Building and unit number (apartment or condominium)
House number (private house)
Postal code

If your shipping address is incorrect, please email us immediately with your order ID and a contact phone number so we can reach you.

Payment Method

We accept payment via online system
Someone must be available to receive the product at the delivery address
If no one is available upon delivery, we will store the product and return it to our warehouse

If You Do Not Receive Your Order

If you do not receive your product within the specified period, email us at info@inmoveth.com with the subject line “Item not received”
We will investigate and deliver your product as soon as possible
If products are missing from your order, notify us immediately so we can arrange collection and replacement
Please keep the product in its original packaging with all equipment and your receipt or tax invoice

Precautions for Ordering and Shipping

If your shipping address is incorrect, notify us immediately by email with your order ID
Once shipped, orders cannot be changed — including address, size, quantity or flavour — unless the error is on our side
To cancel an order, notify us before the product ships or before payment is processed
For unattended deliveries, a redelivery fee of 150 Baht applies

Returns Policy

Sports Equipment and Apparel — 7 Days

We accept returns on sports equipment, lifting gear and apparel within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Sports Nutrition and Supplements — No Returns

We do not accept returns on any sports nutrition products or supplements once the original packaging seal has been broken. If you receive a product with damaged or broken packaging upon delivery, contact us immediately at info@inmoveth.com with photos. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Opened or used products
Sports nutrition products with broken packaging seal
Certain health and personal care items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will apply a credit to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — processing times vary between providers
Contact your bank directly

Sale Items

Only regular priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, email us at info@inmoveth.com or call +66629357880 within 7 days of delivery. We will provide full return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, contact us first at info@inmoveth.com or call +66629357880. We will confirm your return and provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we will deduct them from your refund if applicable. For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
